Tasting

This champagne reveals a pale yellow color with rose gold highlights.

Elegant effervescence forms a fine, persistent cordon.

The nose is expressive and fruity, with notes of vine peach, strawberry, cherry and hawthorn.

The palate is fruity, thirst-quenching and greedy. Yellow peach, ripe strawberry and quetsche.

The finish is long, with blood orange and redcurrant jelly.

This aperitif champagne will delight the greatest number. It will also go well with cochonnaille, tapas or a variety of cheeses.
