Meaning of the Cuvée

Blend of 3 grape varieties, sweeter, milder.

Tasting

This champagne has a lovely pale yellow color. Elegant effervescence weaves a fine crown.

The nose is expressive, with notes of white fruit, Chanteclerc apple and conference pear. Hints of yellow citrus add freshness.

The palate is fresh and smooth, with hints of applesauce, orange soup and pears in syrup.

This champagne can be enjoyed on the rocks with ice cubes and a slice of lime, as a Spritz with limoncello, or with apple pie, Bourdaloue tart or far breton, for example.
