Meaning of the Cuvée

Monocépage, rosé de macération, cuvée expressive.

Tasting

This champagne reveals itself in a beautiful light coral color. Numerous fine bubbles swirl around and die away in a fine pink cordon.

The nose is expressive, with notes of ripe strawberries, marmot cherries, blackberry jelly, wild raspberries and blood oranges.

The palate is greedy and generous, with a lovely vinosity. Strawberries, red currants and blood orange are also present.

This gourmet champagne is ideal for aperitif dinners, tapas, roast poultry, vitello tonnato, bloomy-crust cheese or raspberry tarts, for example.
