Meaning of the Cuvée

Monocépage, vines over 50 years old, partly matured in barrels, full-bodied cuvée.

Tasting

This Champagne reveals itself in a beautiful yellow robe with warm nuances.

The nose is generous and greedy, with notes of strawberries, Burlat cherries, white peaches and blue plums. There are also hints of grapefruit.

The palate is in harmony with the nose, generous and fleshy, with a return to cherries, raspberries and blood oranges. Long-lasting on the palate, with a finish of strawberry and quetsche.

This generous Champagne is perfect as an aperitif or with bouchées à la reine, beef tartare or a platter of Auvergne cheeses.
